Shipping and Delivery
To calculate estimated shipping costs:
- Place the item into your "shopping cart". There is no obligation to purchase by placing an item into your cart. You can remove the item from your cart at any time.
- Type in your ZIP code.
- Click "calculate shipping cost" and our shipping calculator will calculate estimated shipping costs.
- Please keep in mind that the shipping calculator determines the combined shipping cost of all items in the shopping cart
Please note: If your order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, a $10 handling fee will be applied to your order even if you are taking advantage of one of our shipping promotions. The shipping calculator will not reflect this handling fee, but it will be listed on the final page of the order form when you check out.
Shipping Carrier Options
CalanMobile.com uses United Parcel Service (UPS) as its preferred carrier. Available UPS services include:
- UPS Ground Delivery (travel time = 5-7 business days)
- UPS 2 Day Delivery (travel time = 2 business days, AK/HI 2-3 business days)
- UPS Overnight Delivery (travel time = 1 business day)
Additional Shipping Information
- Your order's estimated time of arrival = travel time + order processing time
- Order processing requires 1-2 full business days.
- "Travel Time" does not include weekends and holidays.
- Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, GU, VI or PR addresses.
- We only ship to the 50 US states at this time.
- If you select Express Shipping Methods, your order will not necessarily arrive in one or two days respectively depending on order processing time.
